PAYMENT METHODS

 PayPal:

Preferred payment method is by PayPal.  This is becoming the de facto internet standard and is very reliable and safe.

Note that Visa or Mastercard can be very easily used to pay through PayPal – just click on the PayPal option when completing your order.

Note that International orders can only be processed via PayPal

For Australian customers: we can process your Visa or Mastercard payment offline:

Credit Card via telephone:

When paying by phone we need your credit card type (Visa or Mastercard only) your name, 16 digit number and expiry date.  Your payment is processed and your card details then deleted.

(Australian customers can also email credit card details to us – this is only appropriate for sterling silver items – we have a standard/safe procedure for this, so let us know if this is what you wish)

Payment for Gold or Platinum items – or large orders:

For security purposes payment for these items is by PayPal or Direct Deposit (within Australia only) or other method by prior arrangement: Cheque or money orders should be sent by registered post, and please note: items will only be dispatched after funds have been cleared into our account.
